- What are the requirements to install a system in my business? Each piece of equipment will require a minimum throughput, this will vary depending on the type of equipment and is stated on each information section.
- How long does installation take? An average installation takes around 2 – 4 hours depending on the size and difficulty.
- Who will service / maintain the equipment? Equipment will be serviced by Britvic Soft Drinks technical services but it is the responsibility of the customer to ensure it is looked after and cleaned to a suitable standard.
- How does the system work? The system uses a combination or traditional pre mixed methods and a patented micro-dosed technology which allows us to flavour at point of dispense.
- Is there training available? Our technicians will run you through the system and how it works on install as well as information on the system itself of how to clean/ prime the machine. There is also additional information available on our Smartpour platform.
- Who do I contact if there is an issue? If you have an issue with our equipment please call our technical service team on 03457 581 781.
- What can I fix myself? If your Britvic equipment isn’t working like you’d expect, there are some simple check you can do to get you pouring again quickly: Make sure the equipment is switched on and the socket works (you can quickly test the socket using another appliance). Check all the syrup boxes, all lines need a bag-in-box attached with syrup in. Check the content gauge on your co2 supply, this needs to be 600psi or above. The incoming mains water stop tap supplying the Britvic equipment needs to be open.
- How many drinks does each system dispense? The amount of drinks on each system will be determined by the size of the python available at your outlet.
- What do your packages cost? There is no upfront or rental costs associated with the equipment and the equipment legally remains the property of Britvic Soft Drinks, there is a minimum throughput that will need to be achieved dependant on fount choice.
- Can I use the system to pour brands I already stock? The system can pour any Britvic/ Pepsico brand that is currently available on dispense.
- Is there a minimum amount that I need to order? As we don’t offer direct deliveries this will be determined by your chosen route to market btu there will be a minimum throughput requirement per year.
- How do I order drinks? Drinks can be bought through your chosen route to market.
